It is a regulatory obligation that concerns all European manufacturers and importers of chemical substances. In July 2007, the EU reformed the legislation on chemical products. Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 governs the registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of chemical products, which is known as REACH.
These measures affect all players in the supply chain, including manufacturers, processors, traders, and end-users of chemical substances, regardless of whether they have hazardous properties or not.
CE marking
Some of our pigments are CE marked certified for use in concrete according to the requirements of EN 12 878 standard.
